4. Public self-service stand data
Data relating to the point of sale is intended for online publication and consultation by users. Agritake may also share, make available or license public self-service stand data to selected third parties, such as tourism organisations, associations, local promotion bodies, partner platforms or other organisations interested in promoting local producers. This may allow the same public information to be displayed on other websites, maps, directories, applications or digital services, with the aim of increasing the visibility of listed self-service stands and supporting the long-term sustainability of the project.
Anyone uploading photographs or other content must ensure that they have the right to use them and, where necessary, have obtained consent from any identifiable persons.

- description;
- address and geographic coordinates;
- photographs;
- available products;
- website;
- public email address and public telephone number;
- other information voluntarily entered for public consultation.
5. Technical data
When the platform is used, technical data necessary for operation, security and maintenance may be processed, such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, access date and time, pages visited, browser language settings and technical logs relating to errors, security and performance.
6. Purposes of processing
Agritake processes personal data to manage accounts and self-service stand profiles, publish public point-of-sale information, make public self-service stand data available through partner websites, maps, directories, applications or digital services, communicate with responsible persons, update and verify information, handle user requests, ensure platform security and maintenance, develop sustainable project models and comply with legal obligations.
7. Legal basis
Depending on the case, processing is based on the data subject's consent, the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures, Agritake's legitimate interest in managing, securing, improving and sustainably financing the platform, or compliance with legal obligations. The sharing or licensing of public self-service stand data may be based on the consent given when the information is submitted, on contractual arrangements with the responsible person or on Agritake's legitimate interest in increasing the visibility of listed producers and maintaining the platform. Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
8. Services and third-party providers
To provide the platform, Agritake uses selected technical providers that may process personal data or technical data required for the service to function.
The platform currently uses Supabase for the database, storage and related technical services, with infrastructure located in Switzerland; Vercel for hosting, application distribution, security and technical logs; and OpenStreetMap for displaying maps and geographic information.
These providers process data only to the extent necessary to provide their respective technical services. Agritake takes reasonable measures to choose reliable providers and regulate data processing in accordance with applicable law.
9. Cookies
The website uses only technical cookies or equivalent tools necessary for the proper functioning of the platform. Agritake currently does not use profiling, behavioural advertising or marketing cookies. If non-essential tools are introduced in the future, this notice will be updated and, where required, user consent will be requested.
10. Data retention
Personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described. Data relating to self-service stands is retained while the profile remains active or while it is needed to manage the platform. Private contact data is retained while needed for operational or administrative communications. Technical data and logs are retained for the time necessary to ensure security, maintenance and operation of the service.
Data subjects may request deletion of their data unless Agritake must retain it to comply with legal obligations, protect its rights or rely on other legitimate reasons provided by applicable law.
11. Rights of data subjects
Within the limits of applicable law, data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, withdrawal of consent where applicable, request for information about processing and data portability where provided under the GDPR.
Requests may be sent to info@agritake.com. Agritake may request additional information to verify the requester's identity before responding.
12. Security
Agritake adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These measures may include access controls, protection of technical infrastructure, permission management, maintenance procedures and measures intended to ensure the availability and integrity of the platform.
No IT system can guarantee absolute security. Agritake is committed to maintaining a level of protection appropriate to the nature of the processed data and foreseeable risks.
13. Data transfers
Agritake is based in Switzerland and uses technical providers necessary to operate the platform. If personal data is transferred or made accessible outside Switzerland, the European Union or the European Economic Area, Agritake takes reasonable measures to ensure that such transfers comply with applicable law, for example through countries recognised as adequate, appropriate contractual clauses or other safeguards provided by law.
14. Disclosure to third parties
Agritake does not sell or disclose private personal data of contact persons to third parties for commercial purposes. Public self-service stand data may, however, be shared, made available or licensed to selected third parties, including tourism organisations, associations, local promotion bodies, partner platforms or similar organisations, so that the public information can be displayed in other contexts and increase the visibility of listed self-service stands. Data may also be disclosed to technical providers, advisers or competent authorities where necessary for the operation of the platform, compliance with legal obligations, protection of legitimate rights or response to valid authority requests.
15. User-published content
Information entered as public self-service stand data is intended for publication. The person responsible for the self-service stand is responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and updating of the information provided. Agritake may edit, suspend or remove content if it is inaccurate, irrelevant, unlawful, outdated or inconsistent with the purposes of the platform.
16. External links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as producer websites or external maps. Agritake is not responsible for the privacy practices, content or security of external websites and services. Users are invited to consult the respective privacy notices.
17. Changes to this Privacy Policy
Agritake may update this Privacy Policy over time, for example to reflect legal, technical or organisational changes. The most recent version will always be available on Agritake's website. In the event of significant changes, Agritake may take appropriate measures to inform users.
18. Contact
For any question concerning this Privacy Policy or the processing of personal data, you may contact Agritake at info@agritake.com.
